We are Scott and Christina Yaeger! We have been childcare owners for 13+ years and love being an important part in so many children's lives. We have 6 children and truly have a passion for serving others. When we opened Happy Hearts Family Daycare, an in-home family daycare, in 2013, we knew that we were going to stand out among the rest and strive to provide the utmost care for all children. In 2020, after having an extensive waitlist, we decided to expand our business to serve more families in the community and opened Happy Hearts Learning Center in Roseville, CA. In 2022 we decided to make the move to Idaho to give our family a better quality of life, and opened Happy Hearts Learning Center in Boise. We enjoy watching our children's sporting events; soccer, dance, baseball, and gymnastics. We love exploring the outdoors, spending time with family, attending church and traveling. Animals are a big part of our family too! We have 6 dogs, 2 cats, chickens, fish and bunnies. We feel very blessed to have the opportunity to care for your children and look forward to getting to know you and your family better!

Hello! My name is Ms. Jazlyn, and I am the infant teacher here at Happy Hearts Learning Center. I have a certificate in early childhood education and have been in childcare for four years now. It has always been my dream to work with and watch children grow in their skills, imagination, and personalities. I just happened to get lucky enough to be the first teacher in your children’s life! I love all the smiles and cuddles the babies offer. In my spare time I spend it hanging out with my three kids! You can say children make my heart happy.

Hi There! My name is Eleanor Jessen and I am the Younger Two's Teacher here at Happy Hearts Learning Center. I am very excited to bring my knowledge and teaching practices to Happy Hearts. I have been in childcare ever since graduating high school in 2018. I am Montessori trained, but have worked everywhere from daycare to group homes. I am very excited to be in the Young Two's Class! My favorite thing to teach children is music, as I am a classically trained pianist. I cannot wait to work with your children, and learn and grow with them! 

Hello! I'm Miss Claudia and I am the Older Two's Teacher. I have always enjoyed working with children. I have a 2 year old son, Ezra and a cat named Thumper. I have volunteered in childcare and youth group at my church for over 10 years. I am the oldest of all my siblings and cousins so I have a lot of experience caring for little ones. My favorite parts about working with children is seeing them learn new things and growing into their personalities. The fun we have during arts & crafts times is definitely a plus! You just might see me coloring alongside your children. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, thrift clothes shopping, and when it's warm enough, whitewater rafting! With a decade of childcare experience, I have developed a profound passion for nurturing the development of young minds. Hi my name is Marissa! I am originally from Washington State so I love the outdoors and exploring! I started working in learning centers at 14. From there, I have worked with with children at other childcare centers and nannying. I graduated from Boise State University where I earned my Bachelor's Degree in elementary education and from there fell in love with the great community and had to stay! I love working with kids and giving them a space to feel loved and appreciated for who they are. I cannot wait to meet you and your little one! 

 Hi! My name is Summer Ondrick and I am the Pre-K Teacher at Happy Hearts. I was born in Sri Lanka. I have one 15 year old daughter who loves track, soccer and volleyball! I have over 28 years experience working with children in all environments; West Ada School District, Montessori Style, Large Centers and a Christian Pre-School.  I love reading, traveling, camping and having fun at the lakes and rivers. I look forward to meeting you! 

Hello, I'm Mrs. Amber. I've been working in childcare for 9 years now and couldn't imagine doing anything else! I have worked with every age group and loved it! The best part of childcare is watching the children grow up like they are your own kids and creating that bond with them, which makes them love coming to daycare every day. My husband Ryan and I have 4 kids of our own, Gunner, Piper, Ranger, and Striker. They have been attending daycare here since they were 6 weeks old, so it has become like a second home to them. On my free time I love crafting, painting, and hanging with my family. I LOVE Halloween and Christmas, so you'll notice those two holidays will be decked out at the center! If you ever need anything, feel free to talk to me, I love chatting and helping our families with anything they need.

Hello, I'm Miss Anna. I am a Floater at Happy Hearts Learning Center, meaning I get the wonderful opportunity to work with all the kiddos from every age group! I have about 4 years of childcare experience. I absolutely love working with kids and seeing them grow into their personalities and skills. One of my favorite things from working in childcare has been the bonds I have created with them and teaching the importance of boundaries, and voicing their needs/concerns. I recently graduated from high school and am now starting my freshman year in college. I can't wait to meet your kiddos!

In my free time, you'll either find me at church, listening to music or swing dancing.
